In this piece, I explored the fragility of memory. Our recollections are often incomplete or distorted, similar to how we might struggle to recall specific colors in an image. This concept inspired me to address forgotten events, particularly the Srebrenica Massacre.

I depicted the massacre in black and white and transformed it into a puzzle with missing pieces. This fragmentation represents our imperfect memory, highlighting the gaps and the importance of remembering significant events accurately.
